There are no Student Incident (SINC) records for this school. There should be records for: • All non Special Education TK-12 students who were suspended (in school or out of school for at least one entire school day) or expelled, due to the commission of a student offense at any time during the Report Period • All special education students who committed a student offense regardless of the action taken • All students who committed a firearm offense (Student offense codes 100-102, and 106) regardless of the action taken

If there are any students who met the criteria above, submit the appropriate Student Incident records.
