An LEA participating in the Expanded Learning Program has no ELPS records within any schools for the Academic Year.

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:
Understanding the Error:
The Reporting LEA is identified as participating in the Expanded Learning Program (LEA‑level Education Program Code = 194) for the Academic Year; however, no Expanded Learning Program (LEAP/ELPS) records have been submitted for any schools within the LEA.
Suggested Resolution:
1) If the LEA participates in the Expanded Learning Program, submit the required Expanded Learning Program records via the LEAP for applicable students for the Academic Year.
2) If the LEA does not participate, verify and remove the LEAP record.
