SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:
Understanding the Error:
A Local Educational Agency Program (LEAP) record is submitted for a student, but the student does not have a Student Enrollment (SENR) record in the Reporting LEA during the academic year.
Suggested Resolution:
1) Verify that the student has an SENR record within the Reporting LEA for the applicable Academic Year.
2) If the enrollment record is missing, submit or correct the SENR record so that it overlaps the Academic Year of the LEAP record.
3) If the student was not enrolled in the Reporting LEA during the Academic Year, remove the LEAP record.
