SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:
Understanding the Error:
Verify the student's age is correct in the CALPADS by comparing the SIS student demographics birth date to CALPADS. If they will be 6 or older*, as of Plan Effective Start date, and the reason for plan code is not 4, and the education plan type code is 200, the Program Setting code must equal 403.
- Student Age >= 6 is determined based on (Education Plan Effective Start date - Most Recent.SINF.Birth Date).
Suggested Resolution:
Change the Student Birth Date, update Special Education Plan Type Code, Reason for Plan Code, or Program Setting Code.
