ERROR DESCRIPTION:

If any Parent/Guardian1 field is populated (First Name, Last Name, Highest Education Level), then all three must be populated.

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

All Parent Guardian 1 fields (First Name, Last Name, or Highest Education Level Code) must be populated in the most recent SINF overlapping the SENR record for the student during the EOY 3 reporting period has an Enrollment Status code = 10 or 30 and Exit Reason does not equal = N470 (NoShow).

Suggested resolution: 1) Verify that data is provided in the submission for Guardian 1 First Name, Guardian 1 Last Name and Parent Guardian Highest Education Level Code fields.

OR

2) If the data for Guardian 1 First Name, Guardian 1 Last Name, or Parent/Guardian Highest Education Level Code is unknown, do not submit any data for any of the three fields. All three fields must either be NULL or all must be populated.
