Students in the pregnant or parenting program cannot be over 19 years of age.

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:
Understanding the Error:
Students reported with Education Program Code 162 (Pregnant or Parenting) must be under 20 years old. A student is considered 19 years old up until 19 years and 11 months (i.e., less than 20).
Age is calculated using the Program Membership End Date and the Student Birth Date. If the Program Membership End Date is missing, June 30 of the reporting year is used. Students who are 20 or older based on this calculation will trigger this error.
Things to check for: 1) Verify the student's birth year is populated correctly.
2) Verify Education Program Start Date/End Date.
Suggested Resolution:
1) Remove 162 SPRG record.
2) Change either the Student Birth Date or Education Program Membership Start Date/End Date (if applicable) to the accurate date(s) and sequence to resolve this error.
