ERROR DESCRIPTION:

Students who are reported as attending school in the absence summary data must have associated SENR data for the same school in the same academic year with an enrollment status of Primary or Short-term.

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

1) Verify the STAS information for the student is correct. 2) Verify the SENR information for the student is for an TK-12 grades and enrollment status of primary (10) or short-term enrollment (30). Secondarily enrolled (20) and non-ADA enrolled (50) students should not have a STAS record.
