A student who died and was exited from the Special Education Program must also have a Student Enrollment Record with an Exit Reason equal to E130 - Died

Suggested Resolution:

1) Verify if the Special Education Program Exit Reason Code is Correct.

2) Verify the Student Exit Reason Code is correct.

3) Verify the Special Education Program Exit Date is correct.
