SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:
If a student is Eligible and Participating on Census Day and Has an Education Plan at your LEA effective on Census Day, then the student must have been enrolled at some point between July and Census Day.
Suggested Resolution:
Verify that student has an enrollment record between July 1 and Census Day in order to have a Plan record effective on Census Day. If the student is no longer in the Special Education Program or is no longer enrolled in school, submit a new SWDS record indicating the new status of the student.
