Change either the Student Birth Date or Education Program Membership Start Date to the accurate date(s) and sequence to resolve this error. For Fall 1: also confirms that the SSID is enrolled at same LEA and School of Attendance on Census Day of the Reporting Calendar before checking for other criteria.
