SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

The system is validating that there is an enrollment record (N470 is included) on census day for a student at any LEA who is determined to be eligible and participating in the SPED program (SWDS Special Education Status Code = 1)

Suggested Resolution:

Add an enrollment record for the student in the same Academic Year in which they became Eligible and participating.
