Understanding the Error:
The system is validating that the Special Education Initial Entry Start Date is greater than the student's birthdate. The system is evaluating any SWDS record that has an effective start date between July 1 and Census Day of the academic year.
Suggested Resolution:
Verify the student's birthdate is correct in CALPADS for the SINF that is effective on Census Date. Verify the student's SWDS Initial Entry Start Date is correct.
