ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Multiple Teacher Code must be consistently populated for all CRSE records that match on Class ID, AY, and School.

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:
If one record in AY has Multiple Teacher Code populated, then all records that match on AY, Class ID, and School, who have different SEIDs, must also have Multiple Teacher Code populated.
Suggested Resolution:
If these are separate classes, then the Class ID must be updated to accurately reflect this. If they are the same class, then Multiple Teacher Code should be populated for all the applicable records.
