Understanding the Error:
The format for Expanded Learning Program Days must a whole integer, up to max field length, which is 3.
Suggested Resolution:
If LEAP file is submitted where Expanded Learning Program Day is populated and if it is decimal-based, round to the nearest whole number. For example, if days equal 11.4, round to 11 or if days equal 11.5, round to 12.
