Understanding the Error:
The system is validating that Part C to B Transition Plan IFSP Indicator is not populated when the Special Education Plan Type code is not 150 (IFSP)
Things to check for in submission: Verify that the Part C to B Transition Plan IFSP Indicator is left blank/null if the Special Education Plan Type Code is 100 (IEP) or 200 (ISP).
