If Student School Completion Status is equal 100 (Graduated), then Graduation Exemption Indicator must be populated only if the Enrollment Exit Date is after 6/30/2023

Understanding the Error:
The Graduation Exemption Indicator should only be populated for students who have a Student School Completion Status Code = 100 (Graduated) and if Enrollment Exit Date that is after 6/30/2023.
Things to check for in submission: Verify that the indicator is correctly populated in the submitted file if Enrollment Exit Date is after 6/30/2023.
Suggested Resolution:
1) Enter the appropriate Indicator code. Valid values may include "Y" or "N" only if the Enrollment Exit Date is after of 6/30/2023. OR 2) If the Completion Status Code is incorrectly populated in the submission, remove or change it so the correct value is submitted to CALPADS for the enrollment record of the SSID.
