  • 2.38 - Parent Guardian Highest Education Level Code
  • 2.39 - Guardian 1 First Name
  • 2.40 - Guardian 1 Last Name

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

1) Verify that data is provided in the submission for Guardian 1 First Name, Guardian 1 Last Name and Parent Guardian Highest Education Level Code fields.

OR

2) If the data for Guardian 1 First Name, Guardian 1 Last Name, or Parent/Guardian Highest Education Level Code is unknown, do not submit any data for any of the three fields. All three fields must either be NULL or all must be populated.
