Report 5.1 - Program Participants - Count

Description: Reports the total number of students with a qualifying enrollment who participated in any of the specified programs at any time during the Report Period.
- Note: Students in a Title 1 Part A Basic School-wide program are included in this report.
Report Type: Snapshot/Certification (EOY 2) ODS Academic Year

Report Period:
- Report Period (July 1 thru June 30 of the reporting year)
Basic Selection Criteria:
- Any open or closed enrollment within the LEA at any time during the Report Period qualifies for selection.
- Enrollment Status Code = 10, 20 or 30 for all programs except Title 1 Part A Basic School-wide.
- Enrollment Status Code = 10 or 30 for Title 1 Part A Basic School-Wide.
- Grade Level = TK, KN-12
- Education Program Membership Start Date and End Date overlap open enrollment dates
- For the NCLB Title I Part A Basic Targeted (122) program, only students that have Education Services with an Education Service Academic Year in the current reporting year are included.
Note:
If a student participated in the same program multiple times at a single school during the Report Period, the student is counted once in the most RECENT program at the school.
If a student participated in multiple programs at a single school during the Report Period, the student is counted once in each program at the school.
If a student participated in the same program at different schools during the Report Period, the student is counted once in the program at each school.
