Report 3.9 - Course Sections Completed - Count by Content Area for Departmentalized Courses

Description: Reports number of departmentalized course sections for each Course within Content Area. (LEAs are instructed to submit those course sections that began during the Reporting Year (i.e. Academic Year), regardless of when they were completed.) For each course, it includes the number of students who completed at least one course section of the course.
Note: a student in multiple course sections related to one local course ID is counted only once. A student with a same course section and term with multiple marking periods is counted only once.
Report Type: ODS and Snapshot / Certification (EOY 1)
Security Roles: EOY 1 Reports Role
Data As Of:
- If ODS version, user defined
- If Snapshot version, July 1 – June 30 of reporting year.
Basic selection criteria:
- Open Enrollment within the LEA at any time during the Report Period qualifies for selection.
- Enrollment Status Code = 10, 20, or 30
- Grade Level = 07-12
- SINF values derived from most recent record that wholly or in part overlaps a qualified enrollment
- Departmentalized Course section (NOT 1000-self-contained) with 1 or more enrollment
Report Filters: Filters can be selected resulting in only totals for the selected filter being displayed – legend on bottom of last page of report states which filter/s were selected
