If Parent/Guardian2 Highest Education Level is populated, then the Parent/Guardian2 First and Last Name must also be populated.

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

All Parent Guardian 2 fields (First Name, Last Name, or Highest Education Level Code) must be populated in the most recent SINF overlapping the SENR record for the studentduring the EOY 3 reporting period has an Enrollment Status code = 10 or 30 and Exit Reason does not equal = N470 (NoShow).

Suggested Resolution:

Verify that data is provided in the submission for Guardian 2 First Name, Guardian 2 Last Name and Parent Guardian 2 Highest Education Level Code fields.
