The system is validating that the Student age is less than 4 years if Special Education Service Code equals 210, 220, 230, 240, 250, 260, 270 . EOY 4 is validating only Services records where the Plan Effective Start Date in the reporting period (July 1 - June 30)..
Suggested Resolution:
Update either the Student Birth Date or Special Education Service Code (SERV) to resolve this error.
