SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

Service Frequency Code must be populated if the student is less than 36 months old.

Suggested Resolution:

Update the Student Birth Date or Plan Effective Start Date (SERV), do not populate populate Service Frequency Code.
