SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

If a student is Eligible and Participating (SWD status = 1) during the report period and has an Education Plan effective during the report period, then the student must have been enrolled at some point during the report period (7/1 - 6/30).

Suggested Resolution:

Verify that student has an enrollment record between 7/1 - 6/30 in order to have a Plan record effective during the report period. If the student is no longer in the special education program or is no longer enrolled in school, submit a new SWDS record indicating the new status of the student.
